Private, comfortable home on a three acre hobby farm within the city limits.
Single level home on three acre hobby farm, located in super, natural British Columbia. Three bedroom home (one bedroom used as home office) with beautiful, custom built, wood burning fireplace, in quiet area, restricted to a two acre minimum. This home can accommodate 4 people, there is one queen bedroom, one double bedroom. The house has an open floor plan with french door accesses from both the livingroom and diningroom onto a comfortable deck in a garden setting. Two bathrooms double with each having ensuite access from the bedrooms. The main bathroom (as well as most of the house) was recently renovated with custom tile work, heated floor, and extra details to create a spa-type feeling (this bathroom is also accessible from the double bedroom currently used as our guest bedroom). Some of the changes have been updated by photos - there are more to come. The home and all outbuilding roofs have also just been replaced.
